(Russian: Тамара Владимировна Быкова; born December 21, 1958) is a former Russian athlete and Olympic medal winner. She was born in Rostov on Don, Rostov Oblast, Russian SFSR. Bykova had a long and distinguished career in the high jump, setting three world records, and amassing an incredible array of medals in international competitions.
