Pre Season Training Program

Pre-season training program for jumpers 2009-2010 (sprinters, volleyball, and basketball players are also welcome) . Local program & On-Line program

Local program: We will meet a minimum of 2 sessions a week, Tuesday's and Friday's. (more when necessary and they are optional). On-line program: Because every athlete doesn't have access to the same facilities to train in, we will make the workouts and tailor them to you and what you have to work with, and monitor you by e-mail or by phone, ones a week. The programs are individualized and must be supervised by an adult, parent, or local coach at all times. Please contact us for more details by e-mail or call us (952)292-8226.

Local program: The athlete will have a daily workout by e-mail (for the days that we don't meet). On-Line Program: The athlete will have a daily workout by e-mail.

Local program: Video analysis of technique. On-line program: Ones a month video analysis (only 1 video)

*Access to guest speakers (for example: Nutritionist, Sport Psychologist or an accomplished athlete). Participation will be free for all the pre-season athletes.

*Website Exposure (Colleges look at the club's website for recruiting purposes).

The coach: Hugo Munoz, a two-time Olympian in the high jump and holder of the Peruvian national high jump record - 7'6 1/2."

Outdoor Locations: Practices will be held at Lebanon Hills Park in Eagan, at Scott Highlands Middle School in Apple Valley or at Apple Valley HS in Apple Valley, MN

Indoor Locations: Eagan HS in Eagan, MN

Pre-season time line: From September 1st of 2009 until the end of March 2010

Time: Tuesday's at 6pm and Friday's at 6pm

The cost of the pre-season package:  $125 a month by an automatic electronic transaction the 1st of the month until the end of March (requires a signed application and voided check).

$150 a month by paper check due the 1st of each month (month by month).

PRE-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAM SPECIAL: Bring a friend that has not trained with us before and you will get 20% off as long as your friend does the program.

**This is not only for track athletes, it is also for basketball, volleyball, and football players who want to increase their vertical jump, lateral jump, speed, balance and athleticism.
