Kangaroo TC High Jump Winter Camp 2010

Saturday, February 6th:  This is a learn by doing camp that is limited to 12 jumpers for maximum attention. Every session will be videotaped & analyzed.

Camp Instructor: Kangaroo Track Club coach Hugo Munoz, a two-time Olympian.  Coach Munoz was a member  of  the Peruvian National team in the high jump for the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games, and jumped 7'6 1/2" in his prime (1995).  As of today, he holds the Peruvian National record in the high jump and is the former South American high jump champion. Coach Munoz coaches athletes at every level, from youth to Olympians.

Cost of the 1 day camp: $125  (Free T-Shirt)

Location: St Olaf College in Northfield, MN (indoor track)

Limited to 12 jumpers (for maximum attention) - The Camp is FULL

Time: From 11am to 6pm.

Spots in the camp are on a first come, first serve basis.  When the last spot has been filled, the PayPal button BUY NOW will disappear and registration for the camp will be closed. Due to the limited space in the camp, after receipt of your payment there will be no refunds as you will be filling a spot.

Kangaroo Track Club High Jump Summer Camp 2009

For a 4th consecutive summer, Kangaroo TC will host 4 High Jump Summer Camps (commuters) at Eagan H.S. in Minnesota.

Every session will be videotaped & analyzed.

Sessions  are limited to 6 athletes per group for maximum attention (minimum of 3 athletes per group).

Session 1:  From June 15 to June 18 (M-T-W-Th)  Groups: Group 1: 9:30am -11am

Session 2:  From June 22 to June 25 (M-T-W-Th) Groups: Group 1: 9:30am -11am / Group 2: 11am to 12:30pm

Session 3:  From June 29 to July 02 (M-T-W-Th) Groups: Group 1: 9:30am -11am / Group 2: 11am to 12:30pm / Group 3: 2pm to 3:30pm

Session 4:  From July 06 to July 09 (M-T-W-Th) Groups: Group 1: 11:30am -1pm

Session 5:  From July 13 to July 16 (M-T-W-Th) Groups: Group 1: 11:30am -1pm

Cost: $125 per session.

1 day camp schedule (this schedule is tentative and it is subject to change due to weather):

10am Warm up and jumping (video)                                                                                                11:15am Break for an early lunch.                                                                                                            12:15pm Lecture & watch videos (we will be comparing & studying their videos from the morning jumping  session).                                                                                                                                    2:30pm Learn by doing (time to do drills and jump)                                                                                   4:30 or 5pm end of camp

Cost: $20 per day and you must have a current USATF membership or $15 per day if you jump with Teneo and you must have a current USATF membership. NOTE: Please call me or e-mail me to let me know by Tuesday if you will be coming to jump on Wednesday, if there are not al least 4 jumpers the open pit will be cancelled.
